Your privacy, respected

When you claim a founder seat, you provide a display name, your country, an optional quote, and an optional photo. We also process the details required to complete your one-time founding payment of $1.00 through our payment provider.

The information you provide is used to create your founder seat and your public founder profile, to display community statistics such as countries represented, and to confirm and support your payment.

By design, your display name, country, chosen quote, seat location, founder number, join date, and photo (if provided) appear on your public founder profile. Please share only what you are comfortable showing publicly.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. The processor's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Because a founder seat is intended to be permanent, your founder profile information is retained as part of the historical record of World Theatre unless you ask us to remove it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at worldtheatrehouse@gmail.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
